Cancellation Policy
Please read Before you purchase a treatment
I require 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel or rearrange your appointment. Anything less than this will be charged accordingly as per the salon policies agreement clients sign.
24 hours or less- 50% treatment cost
Same day or no shows- Full treatment cost
Any anti-wrinkle appointments that are cancelled will have their deposit refunded minus £20 for the nurse admin fee.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to have a patch test if I've had one done somewhere else?
Yes. For my insurance purposes all clients need to be patch tested if wishing to have the treatment with Lotus Beauty. There are so many brands on the market and they are all formulated slightly differently, not every therapist uses the same brand.
Do you treat anyone under 18?
16-17 year olds must be accompanied by an adult and with parent consent signed prior to appointment (this does not include any aesthetic treatments, just beauty). 18 years and over for any Aesthetic treatment.
